Classes are held indoors during Festa Italiana at Villa Cesare in the Palermo Room. Each class has a max capacity of 15 people.

Learn the history, techniques and tips for making your own fresh cow’s milk Mozzarella! We will explore all the craftmanship of how mozzarella is made, how curd comes together and how to serve it to your family and friends!
Plus, you will be able to take home all the mozzarella you make!
