FESTA ITALIANA - PASTA WORKSHOP: MAKING COLORFUL PASTA

Sunday, August 1st 2-4pm. Event is held indoors during Festa Italiana in the Palermo Room. Open to all ages. Tickets are sold as a group, which can be up to 6 people, for $150 per group, or as a couple for $80 per couple. This includes complimentary wine.

Chef Jenn from the The Culinary Masterpiece Cooking School located in Crown Point presents this hands-on pasta class. You will prepare pre-made dough in various vibrant colors using only natural ingredients. You'll then use that dough to make pasta with different patterns, showcasing simple techniques that will turn your traditional pasta into a work of art. Italy native, Chef Zo, will be joining us with an authentic homemade marinara sauce demo for guests to top their pasta. This experience caters to small groups of all ages to make it more personalized and fun.
